Here is what we brought back from the Nationals Hot Wheels convention yesterday in Oak Brook, IL.Silver Bullet and Twin Mill
Those are sweet -I've never seen that version of the Silver Bullet and Twin Mill. Are they reproductions?
I had to research them myself when I got home. The Twin Mill is from the Since 68 Series and the Silver Bullet is from the '08 40 years of HWs set.
Some nice looking cars! There is a new green Twin Mill due out this month - one of my favorites from the red line series.
Did you just like the Pink Bone Shaker? (you noted as a main line car)
odd that hot wheels calls both the bone shakers "BONE SHAKERS" ...THE RED, FLAMED, HARDTOP, MAINLINE IS ON THE PEGS NOW..
LIKED THE TOPLESS PINK B S TOO...
The JL '71 Plymouth with the 426 C.I. on the hood is from the Stock Car Legends series. This link goes to Wyatt's JL site and you'll see what it looked like before someone removed the tampos. It's was Pete Hamilton's car #6.

You have 3 JLs with a colored chrome finish. They are from the Holiday Classics series. They came with a small clear plastic clip with a strip so you could hang them on your tree.
Awesome scores by the way!
Great finds iowastockcars! I really like the Racing Champions Pro Stock cars Congrats on the K-Day store poster! I love it!!!!!! I got the one from the last K-Day with the '69 Chevelle on it.

Thanks for the info! I don't know much about the JL cars. I need to get myself up to speed on them. I think I would have preferred the tampos as they originally were. Just love any racing car.
Went in search of wheels today.
Also ran across a few for future customizing and a few we didn't have yet.
Last but not least, came home and opened the mailbox. My gassers made it finally. Time to get busy if I am going to make the race.
they look so calm... if they only knew !
Here is what we brought back from the Nationals Hot Wheels convention yesterday in Oak Brook, IL. Drove up for the day with my wifes cousin. It was fun, got to meet Larry Wood. Got his autograph along with other HW designers. My only complaint, I was expecting to find people selling some of the mainlines as I was wanted some FTE and all metal cars. I really didn't see many of them. It was all about the limited editions. To put in prespective the normal "Treasure Hunt", I was able to pick up some that I was looking for at just $2-$3 each. Onto the pictures:
