Shredster wiggle

I recently bought a second hand shredster not in a packet,is it supposed to be solid or is it supposed to be loose.i took it apart and screwed together but still loose so I glued it and seems to hold better.i know really that usually unless a car comes fresh out packet you dont know its history but it seems OK other than this just that looking on a Worpex post its really fast yet my one slows down after first single lane bend.

Generally, it's not supposed to be loose, but you can wheel swap and tune it up to run better. Screwing and gluing always helps.
