Slow looking cars--that are fast!
What cars out there did you think would be slow, but turned out to be really fast?
This is ours.
It has opening doors and a hitch on the back. Can't run with my top cars, but still very very solid and has won multiple races.

Gotta agree with the old Fire Eater.
I've found the 70 GTO to be pretty speedy and have been hoping someone would enter it in a League race but no one has.
A lot of the muscle/hoopty cars tend to surprise me. I figure they're not so fast due to size and wheelbase, but many have turned up winners in races I wouldn't have called.
If there's one thing I've learned from doing all these races is when in doubt, bet on a truck.

I did not expect this one to be fast. In fact, going downhill, it just looks slow. But believe me when I say that on the long, straight, stretches, it is an absolute BULLET. It is by far the fastest car I've seen on the long runs.
I'll have to cull through my collection...but I sure got a lot of the opposite! Fast looking cars that are slow!
