i just welded [4] 3/8" x 3/8" x 1.125" long sheet metal 90 degree angles to [2] 1.125" flat steel washers... [2] each... staying away from the center hole... i spaced them apart just enough to let the finishline's angle plastic legs slide down between the steel angle sections... i'll trim the "legs" carefully so the unit drops to the highth i want it at... then i'll mark the lapcounter through the holes in the washers... drill and then nut and bolt the washers to the lapcounter [or anything you choose ]...a sizzlers dual lane lapcounter sets the track about 3/4" above the [table]...

i used the "TRAPS II" [ Indy 500 roll up ] finishline for heet #3, it worked great... even with a bumper's difference only the winning flag raised,
very happy with it... sorry, i should have also tried "TRAPS 1 " [ toys r us roll up ]... next time!
