Some odd stuff I bought today

These are all used vehicles, but they seemed interesting to me.  I was glad to just hookup with a local guy who will keep his eyes open for me on any deals he finds.  He gets a customer, and I find a store/seller who will give me a shout should anything roll across his plate.

I thoughtn the 1965 Aviva car was just interesting.  When I looked it up to find out what it was, it was an old Woodstock car #61 from the Peanuts.  The little Woodstock bird is missing.

I also liked the McDonald's dragster, as I do want to find out how well something like that will move on the track in the future.

Picked up 4 Star Wars vehicles for any future events that might need something like that.  This will give me a base car for it.

Then since I do not have any Johnny Lightning cars, I did pick up 3 pairs of corvettes.  Two each of the Corvette Indy, Corvette Stingray III, and the 1967 Corvette 427.

I might have paid a bit much for the Star Wars ($3 each), but I got all the rest for around 75 cents each.

Now of couse I will need to farm some wheels over time to be able to restore these if I want to send them out to the race world. :-)
