Speed Trap Added (only one lane currently)

This has been a desire of mine for quit a while. A speed trap to measure the MPH of the cars as they approach the finish line. I finally broke down and bought the sensors and the other goodies needed to get it started. With the use of AI, programming the Arduino Uno was simple. It has been tested, and now the wiring just needs to be cleaned up. To me it is more of a cool add on than a necessity.
