Can we trim the fender wells?

I have this pre-built car.  This Lotus has been trying to get in on a race, but always finds that it is off the mark for the rules.  It is under 99g. Stock Canadian beat up winter paint.  

I would like to have 777 for my car number.

Thee other part of my, CanadianSTIG, problem with passing pre-mailout quality control and inspection is; I do not have a home computer with internet.  I only have my "smart" phone.  Therefore, I am unable to download and print the race registration form. Please help me to add what ever info you need, (that I have not already given above), so I can add the missing information here.

Shipping Saturday. My first EVO build. Had to be done once. Ran out of design ideas and hit my old sketchbooks. 

I jsut sent out my ford focus and the 5 dollar entry fee out it's expected to arrive on the 17. Hopefully it sets a fast enough time to make it into the tournament
