The Difference with Mail-In and Local Tournaments

Brakefluid_Tracksurgeon Monday, 5/9/2016

This month I've won another race at C4, their stock race, with a yellow enamel Jaguar XJ220. I was surprised of its victory despite being slower than my Cadillac V-16 that lost at the beginning of the race. The previous tournament I was in at C4 was the Run Whatcha Brung in which was my first victory, therefore this is the first time that Tracksurgeon Racing has won two local tournaments in a row. With mail-ins, they tend to drop out midway through, and may be faster than an FTE Cadillac V16 on my test track but are slow on other tracks with different lengths, heights, and track surfaces (frictions). The results conclude that new racers are recommended to begin obtaining racing experience at a local level if possible so certain techniques and tips aren't left out of mind such as the idea that the track used directly affects the performance of the cars raced.
