The naming game....

Jump to first page

The rolls will be oversized. They will be marked as 25 or 50ft, but there will be an additional length for start and finish line areas. The 25' rolls may not get the full 12" as I'll probably have to cut the rolls down after I receive them. I'm working on funding and actual projected costs right now but damn..... this is getting to be like actual work.

As far as the patents and trademarks.... I'm lost, lol

And my wife is a copyright/trademark lawyer--so, I do not envy the "challenge" you are faced with in naming your product.

LOL, Can I borrow your wife and what does she charge? (I had to add the quote... it just didn't look right without it )

By the way, a suggestion on design. I would have two lanes on one strip, but some space between the lanes. The BluTrack I have only has a single short wall between the lanes, so the wall goes straight up and doesn't flair out. This causes some cars that have higher bodies to rub against the top part of the wall (i.e. the Chrysler 300C). Also, cars that have higher bodies might even hit each other if they are both near the middle wall.

So, I definitely like the idea of two lanes on one track, with flaired out walls and space between the lanes.

The design is set, but it sounds like you'll be happy with it.

I'll drop all the info as soon as I can.
