The New Zealand code
Has anyone successfully mailed cars to New Zealand recently? I thought I saw a post recently that said USPS couldn't do it. I've got building Mustangs for that race on my list, but I am wondering if I need to even complete that. And finally if you have done so, could you offer any pro tips.
Thanks

Okay i used my USPS login to check on pricing for a 15oz small package or an 11oz large envelope - in both cases the cheapest shipping is $49 and then goes up to $90. That blows my shipping budget so I have to withdraw
I just sent my car USPS, and it should arrive some time in the next week or so. It cost me about $41 US. This is an increase from the $24-ish US it was prior to the terrifs. The express 1 week delivery was somthing like $91 like AbbyNormal said.
This won't stop me right now from sending cars overseas, but if they don't come to some sort of trade deal soon, it's going to make my planning and saving take just a bit longer.
My post office just said they can't send toys from the US to New Zealand, the morning after I posted it to the race thread. They didn't give me a reason. UPS wanted almost $200. I'll be sending it FedEx as long as it's less than that.
I've got an 8lb box on its way through UPS that cost US$76. That was slightly cheaper than DHL and almost half the price of USPS.

We've had most cars from the US come via USPS and I think one via UPS. But I've also had a couple people say USPS wanted hundreds of dollars, which is ridiculous.
