Treasure Hunt find

I found my second TH today while out at WallyWorld looking for new releases.

The pegs were overstuffed and I almost went right past it, it was right on the front, since it was the Ducati and I have no use for a motorcycle.
I picked it up anyway as a gift for my brother for Christmas since he used to race them.

Nice finds, Jobe! The last TH I found "on the pegs" was a Hammered Coupe in 2001. And giving the Ducati to your Bro is a great idea. About 10yrs ago, my Uncle found a 1970 Chevelle SS TH and gave it to me for Christmas...I fast as hell.

Nice V16! I'm curious to know how fast one is without bling wheels! I've always contributed its speed to those wheels, but if you say that yours is fast too... then i guess its something about the car itself!

The only Treasure Hunt i've ever found is a GT-40 from 2000 and has "realriders". To me, that makes the car useless. Ah well, its good looking anyway. haha.

Diecast Cars, Hot Wheels, Matchbox

Thanx WorpeX! Just keep in mind that I mass seems to have the perfect balance for aquiring & maintaining momentum without over-burdening the axles with unwanted friction. Nice car, indeed!

My yellow non bling one is much faster than my black and silver v-16 with the bling wheels.

Yeah, not sure why, but I've boughten a couple of bling cadillacs and they've been a good bit faster than the several non-bling cadillac v-16s.

I found my 6th Treasure Hunt of the year (actually the last 2 months) at a Walgreens today.
2011 TH finds so far: a '59 Chevy Sedan Delivery Super, Tucker Torpedo (traded to Jobe for a Datsun 240z TH), three Custom '62 Chevy Pickups (gave one away) and today's find a '59 Chevy Sedan Delivery regular TH. I'm guessing they must be making more and more of these!

Yeah, I think they are. I was wondering how many Hot Wheels they make every year...

I have found maybe 3 in the last 16 years. I have found 4 more since Halloween. I get the feeling, based on that and looking on websites, that they are making more than they used to...seems like the only difference now a days is the card.

I picked up another '59 Chevy Sedan Delivery from Walgreen's yesterday. Tonight one of my sons and his wife were over and he gives me three Treasure Hunts that he found this week, Datsun 240z regular and super and a Tucker Torpedo! He found the Datsuns at Walgreen's and the Tucker at Big Lots.
