Ultimate EVO TOURNAMENT 2.0 [ NOW OFFICIALLY CLOSED ]

The ULTIMATE EVO TOURNAMENT is back !!! But this time with a twist!! It will be a non elimination tournament in which the drivers will accumulate points thru the different tracks, four in total , at the end of the last stage the driver with the most points will be declared the champion. Will the actual champion revalidate his tittle or a new champion will arise to claim the title ???

Rules & restrictions

• Stock and modified entries allowed
• 60g maximum weight
• 3.25in. long x 2in. tall x 1.25in. wide
• Limit 1 entries per household
• Any custom axle will be allowed. FTE/NPA axles allowed.Wheels must remain stock size for the casting, color tires are allowed .
• Dry lube only , you are allowed to use silicone mix however if the car drips on the track will be disqualified .
• No modifications to the car body , must be stock, metal base swap are allowed but it must be from a Evo ..
• All weights must be concealed inside the vehicle
• Color painted or tinted windows are ok

Dates & deadlines

All entries must be received by the host before Sunday, 6/29/2025. Racing is scheduled for Sunday, 7/6/2025. Results will be posted on or after that date as is convenient for the host.

Include at least $10.00 for return shipping if you want your entries back. Entries not getting returned will be given to the winner as part of the prize.

Include a Race Entry ID slip with your entry

Track

The tournament will consist of four stages.
Stage 1 will be held at Rincon Strip
Stage 2 will be held at La Caridura Racetrack
Stage 3 will be held at Shavano Mountain Racetrack
Stage 4 will be held at Bay City's Racetrack

Race format and scoring

This is a no elimination tournament, Cars will accumulate points thru the different tracks and after four stages the driver with the most points will be declared the winner.
In case of a tie the host will use his traditional methods for resolving ties.



Bracket seeding will be at each track host discretion.

Penalties/DNF

Cars are given a grace of 1g over the stated weight limit to account for variance between different scales .

Cars that fail to run or fit on the track, or that happen to break during racing, will forfeit their matches. Cars that arrive broken will attempt to be minimally repaired before the racing begins. Cars that break during racing will not be repaired or replaced.
