I got home from work late last night and there was a very good looking box on the kitchen counter. Not a dent, hole, or tear in it. Great shape!  I opened and unwrapped the cars just before heading to work this morning and all wagons are in running order. Awesome packing job by you TE!  So tonight I'll finalize the bracket and late tomorrow afternoon we'll do some racing. The drawing will be random, pulled from a hat, but I will make sure nobody is racing against the same person from last week in the first round. After that it is what it is.

#18 Fat Mike vs #90 Stroller

#18 takes the first race by 1/4 car length.  #90 roars back to take the second race by 1/4, and then holds on by a nose to win this race.  #90 moves on.

#91 Sloppy vs #23 DVB

#91 cruises to a half car victory.  #23 than rolls through the gate by a nose.  Not to be out done #91 takes the next two races by 1/4 car and then a nose.  #91 goes to the next round.

$59 Hotrainiac vs #30 Rally Case

#30 makes quick work of the #59, rolling to 1-1/2 and 1-1/4 car length wins.  #30 will race again.

#27  72 Chevy C10 vs #28 Rally Case

#27 just gets by, winning by 1/2 and then by 1/4 car lengths.  #27 continues.

#61 Hotrainiac vs #22 Dadvball

#61 inches across the line by a nose to take the first race.  DVB roars back to win the second race by 1/4 length. DVB takes the third race, winning barely by a nose.  #22 DVB makes it to round 2, barely.

#84 Delta 6 vs #66 Nightstalker

#66 makes two quick trips down the track, winning both races by 2 car lengths.  #66 Nightstalker stalks again.

#24 Dadvball vs #56 Traction Event

#24 takes the first race by 1/4 length, and wins the second race by 1/3 car length.  #24 moves on.

#60 Hotrainiac vs #83 Delta 6

#83 Delta 6 is in a hurry, winning by 2-1/2 and the 2 car lengths.  #83 Delta 6 rolls into round 2.

#25  72 Chevy C10 vs #92 Sloppy Jalopy

The new guy #72 crosses the line about 1/4 car length to take the first race, and then takes the second race by a little more than a nose.  #72  Chevy C10 squeaks by into the second round.

#17 Fat Mike vs #99 AMH 412

#17 wastes no time, rolling ahead to the finish line by two car lengths in both races.  #17 Fat Mike advances.

#65 Nightstalker vs #29 Rally Case

#65 Nightstalker has it going for him, taking both races by about 2-1/2 car lengths.  #65 Nightstalker gets his second car into the second round.

#57 TE hangs on in a tight race, winning both times by 1/4 car length.  #57 will race again.

#22 DVB vs #66 Nightstalker

A back and forth battle.

#22 DVB wins the first by a nose.  #66 NS returns the favor winning the 2nd race by a nose.  #22 DVB gets to the finish line 1/3 car length ahead for the win.  #66 NS then comes back and wins again by a nose.  #22 likes winning by 1/3 so he does it again.  Not to be out done, the #66 Nightstalker proceeds to win the next two races by 1/4 car lengths.  #66 Nightstalker smiles as he moves to the next round.

Round 2, Bracket B

#98 AMH 412 vs #24 DVB  The battle of the Nomads, one purple and one blue

#24 DVB gets a quick jump out of the gate and rolls to victory in both races by 1-1/4 and 1-1/2 car lengths

#24 DVB secures a spot in the next round.

#83 Delta 6 vs #25  72 Chevy C10

#25  72 Chevy roars to the finish line, winning both races by 1-1/2 car lengths.  #25  72 Chevy advances.

#55 Romanator vs #58 Traction Event

#59 Traction Event crosses the finish line ahead 3/4 length in the first race, and then by 1 car length in the second race.  #59 TE once again rolls into the next round.
