I grew up in Madison, WI and got to see them driving around all the time because Oscar Mayer is right there in Madsion!
While not the actual Weinermobile, there is the Street Wiener dragster, which could conceivably be used as an alternate racer.

Seattle Dog for me......3 yrs. ago I flew to Seattle...rented a car and drove home to Wisconsin a dog/girl that had been in the shelter for 4 months. She's laying on floor next to my recliner right now.
