What Are The Best Stock HW's For Winning

Preacher Friday, 8/2/2013

I've noticed a few cars in my little collection that seem to come from the factory with a good consistent setup for speed and winning races. The one car that sticks out in my mind is the 34 Ford...most of these cars are good runners. What cars do you have that are good runners from the pegs to the track?

For me it's this one:
Diecast Cars, Hot Wheels, Matchbox

I always have hope for those 3 Window '34 Fords. I have yet to see one perform well. Brian's cars go along with that as well, as the redlinederby car is just 1-5.

I agree with the Ferrari F40.

For me this one seems to always be consistently fast out of the package, including the blue and green 2013 versions.

WAY 2 FAST is a great place to start... Diecast Cars, Hot Wheels, Matchbox
has a long wheel base, with medium and large diameter and relatively narrow rear wheels,
this car is kinda heavy... 42.ish GRAMS... [needs a front bumper to protect "Series" racers]

Dude, stock car racing and ranking is what the Fantasy League is all about! Tons of cars with ratings from various tracks.

Sure, the League is a game but in the end it's all about seeing which cars are the fastest.

Everyone has a in the middle of the track, getting the most momentum from its limited mass. Avoid the 2013 versions...they have clear plastic bases(only 27g). All prior versions are metal-on-metal...the ellusive FTE versions are proven funny car killers.

thanks G, it's stance looks a lot like the FTE bye-focal, bought a few from Bernie for the wheels.
