What car is faster than the Ferrari California?

Jump to first page Jump to last page

I would try to pick up any car with FTE wheels if you don't already have a bunch. I would think for the most part those cars are usually pretty fast.

If you can track down a Ferrari Italia 458 for around a buck, I'm pretty sure that car will beat your California.

Ok, so i'm going to try and get one of these two cars to start. Which would you try to beat a California FTE 2?

Ford GTX-1 FTE2
Nissan Skyline H/T 2000GT-X

Like others have said, not all cars are created equal. You can buy 6 of any car and more than likely no 2 will be equal at the end of the track.
When looking for potentially fast cars look for the longer wheelbase and widest track cars.

The real fun in Hot Wheels racing...is the HUNT! You gota go to the store and buy some cars...race em and slowly but surely you will find the fastest car. But the question is...will it be faster than mine?

Hey Smitty...come to think of it, TheWoodsman could almost run side-by-side w/the FTE version*. Besides, the non-FTE versions are usually cheaper & much easier to find.

I dunno, Way 2 Fast is probably the most volatile car ever made by mattel. I've seen some of them that are extremely fast, ones that are fairly mediocre and ones that are total failures. It's pretty much luck of the draw when you buy one. haha

Woodsman, if you're asking us to tell you which car to buy to beat your Ferrari California you are only setting yourself up for dissapointment. You can go buy another Ferrari California just like the one you have and it could either beat the one you already have by 3 car lengths or it could lose to the one you have by 3 car lengths or any number of possibilities in between.

Like Preacher said, go buy another car or two (of any kind) and have some fun!
