I don't think I can pick just one...and it changes from time to time, but...
Brian the boy would have said the Countach or possibly a 1980s-era Porsche 911. But if you ask Brian the man, he'll have to second the vote for the Mustang Boss, but also the original GT-40 racer. My grandpa was a Ford guy, having restored a Model T and a 1964 Mustang hardtop when I was young.
