What's so premium
I saw these three at a shop today,just over twice the price of a basic.i opened all of them and raced against my green Supra I already have.only the white supra was faster,the orange was the same speed as the green supra and also beat the Mitsubishi car.all supra are roughly same weight.other than F&F branding what is so premium?

Another thing about the Silver Series is at least one of the castings is Metal/Metal. In the Hot Wagons series it was all 5 cars. So it is random which or how many will be Metal/Metal.
I like the Silver Series. Sometimes it has castings that arent in the mainline.
The Silver Series is a mid-tier line. Hot Wheels puts gold branding on the top of the blisters of the premium lines, which are around $6-$7 US, silver on the mid-tier line, which are $3-$4, and traditional branding on the mainlines, which are still $1-$2. From what I can tell, the Silver Series has features that most mainlines do not. They are licensed models, they can be metal OR plastic base, they have new, more detailed plastic wheels, they have more detailed, higher quality tampos, and the clear coat is on top of the tampos, so they won't rub off. The silver series is becoming my favorite line from Hot Wheels. The ones with metal chassis are like getting a premium with plastic wheels...win/win.

Its just a branding scheme to make people want them because its F&F. Die hards out there. Just like this purple chevy truck that everyone is obsessing over lol
