Wheel Tester

Progress on wheel tester.   Basic concept - - motor with, led rpm, spins wheel... remove motor, timer will run while wheel is still spinning.   a balanced and true wheel will run longer. Also, will be able to test different sizes and types and plastics... to find best wheels.
