WHO WANTS TO RACE
perfect bracket ? is that spelled WORPEX ?
'crazycollector' has confirmed Sunday, April 1st as the actual date for PA racing event. As mentioned previously, we will be extending and open invitation to all diecast racers & collectors to attend. It will be a chance for diecast enthusiasts to gather and 'talk cars', but also make some trades and do some serious racing. I would like to run some other brackets during the day. I'm even contemplating putting together a 'charity race'.
Lots of ideas up in the air and I'm welcoming others!!

COUNT ME IN ON THE CHARITY RACES...
I"m up for whatever...my shop is open.
After a lengthly negotiation (one text message) with the Director of Operations at Austin Diecast Drags, hereinafter known as ADD, an agreement has been reached whereas ADD will host a Double-Header in conjunction with the Nationwide Featherweight Challenge Series (NFCS) on March 17. ADD has agreed in principal to host an NFCS race on both of the organizations tracks, the 50 footer and 25 footer. ADD will also have a complete staff on hand, a safety crew and ice cold adult beverages (even if I have to bring them myself!)
WAY TO GO JOBE,.... A DOUBLE HEADER ! MAYBE I BETTER SEND EXTRA TIRES...
A COUPLE OF "BOLD"ONES" SHOULD KEEP THE CREWS FROM DEHYDRATION... AFTER ALL, I HEAR IT IS DRY IN TEXAS!
How about a loop-de-loop challenge?
I've been wanting to get up a track with a double loop or an extra large loop to see how the cars would handle it....
I'M IN... ONE OR TWO 24" SECTIONS OF TRACK IN THE LOOP ? ... CAR'S WHEELBASE...
MAYBE A TWO SECTION LOOP INTO A SINGLE SECTION LOOP ?

ST. PATTY'S... LUCK OF THE IRISH..... GETTING AWAY WITH DRINKING GREEN BEER ! MEMORIES
Hah, it's going to be a party...I can bust out the 'ugly as hell' gold and green Chrysler 300 I got last year....yeesh.
Maybe set the short track up as the stunt track, I've done it before for my oldest's school carnival.
Loop will be part of the continuous track with wooden supports to keep it from deflecting too much.
I'm thinking I could get an 18 to 24" diameter loop to work...

Thanks Jason. The schedule is now full.
We could use a few more entrants. A 32 car field would be a perfect bracket. Those of you who have been on the fence it's time to jump off of it and go racin'! Time to get those cars ready and/or built!
