Your Muscle's are just a Fantasy!!

After my recent Poll Muscle cars and Fantasy cars were the top two voted on themes for a new tournament. As someone who has very rarely held tournaments featuring Fantasy cars I figured it was time to host a race that lets them compete. And for Muscle cars…. Need I say more!!!!!

Rules & restrictions

• Modified entries only
• 45-65g maximum weight (lighter cars will not make it down the track)
• 3.25in. long x 2in. tall x 1.25in. wide
• Limit 2 entries per Team. No Alternates.
• Retail axles and wheels only. FTE/NPA axles allowed.
• Any lubricant allowed.
• Fixed Axles Recommended.
• Teams of 2, 1 muscle and 1 Fantasy required!!
• Please submit fantasy casting for approval. Some cars might not fit.
• Please put team name somewhere on car. Bottom of car is acceptable.
• Matching Paint appreciated but not mandatory. 

Dates & deadlines

All entries must be received by the host before Saturday, 11/20/2026. Racing is scheduled for Saturday, 11/21/2026. Results will be posted on or after that date as is convenient for the host.

How to enter

Contact the tournament host to get the shipping address for entry.

$5 entry fee per team... For Prizes!!! 1st-3rd place will receive prizes!!

Include at least $10 for return shipping if you want your entries back. Entries not getting returned will be used in future events. If you have cars already at my track with paid shipping and would like to postpone shipping until after this event then please let me know when you sign up. Then disregard the shipping cost.

Track

Race format and scoring

No Limit on entries but a time trial will be held to determine the top X amount of cars moving on to main tournament (X based on # of Entries)

This will be a single-elimination tournament. 8 cars will race each week with the top 4 moving on.

Cars will either run in 1 on 1 heads up races with the winner being determined by best 2 out of 3 laps.

The car that wins the final race will be declared the winner. Race host has final decision in all races.

Bracket seeding will be random.

Penalties/DNF

Cars are given a grace of 1g over the stated weight limit to account for variance in scales.

If a car fails to meet any of the restrictions listed above, the car will not qualify to compete.

Cars that fail to run or fit on the track, or that happen to break during racing, will forfeit their matches. Cars that arrive broken will attempt to be minimally repaired before the racing begins. Cars that break during racing will not be repaired or replaced.
