An even 55 here since this past April.
You can never be too old for anything, like this Grandma Drummer and she's waaay better than majority of pros who make music today so age is just a number, that's true!
WELCOME ABOARD R.G. ... 'SPOSE YOU CAN "DRUM" UP A HOT WHEELS CAR TO RACE WITH US ?
I just started my 50's being 51 currently. My brother and I used to spend many Saturday and Sundays racing Hot Wheels and Match Box cars when the weather kept us inside! We had a 22' central hallway!!! Been back into racing since 2011 ( a few local events only), but did find the HW Super 6 Lane Raceway and the Wally World track packs. Have had the raceway set up in the dining room for the past 20 months or so...Mrs Fox is quite understanding!
Hey fellow racer, you know that you can jack that Super 6 lane up for more speed. I have a 6 ft ladder that I use to create more of an angle and just add more track to the end for a greater racing experience. I did a post awhile back, called "Super Six Lane All Jacked Up" and I think I had some pictures so you can see the setup. Happy racing!

I'm 54 years old.
I started hunting for Hotwheels in charity stores to give me something to do when I take my other half shopping.
welcome aboard keef...
...
I used to chop the roof on a MODEL A coupe Saturday mornings as entertainment at our street rod club's rod runs... after 10 years my body said no more...
so I decided to kill the 2plus hours normally chopping by holding a 14 foot hot wheels race ... we dropped a hot wheels in each goodie bag... the ladies loved it...we called it the CAT FIGHT...
the guys were happy looking at street rods... but, some hubbies threw a $1 bill in a hat, when half full a guy grabbed the wad and dropped in a $50 bill...THE LADIES LOVED IT !... The winner's hubby had packed the '61 T bird's wheel / axles with #2 pencil lead and a jack knife the night before...
... that was my re-interest in hot wheels racing... the summer of 2007
