Bootleg Run was inspired by the North Carolina history of Bootlegging...or running Moonshine in the foothills of North Carolina. The roots of NASCAR go back to these Bootleggers and their supped up cars..made for out running G-Men and the local police.

Bootleg Run is built with 1x8 FJ primed pine boards and 24"x36" MDF, the seamless track runs on the 1x8 and the 180 deg Vintage 1969 Redline Curves rest on the MDF. Bootleg Run utilizes a 3D Botmaker 2 Lane Start Gate and a 2 Lane Finish Line

Bootleg Run is a Two Lane Road Course and has a Swithcback called the "Reapers Switchback"...the two Curves are called Widow Maker and Soul Taker...get through this gauntlet and you just might make your Run to the Bottom. Bootleg Run stages down 4 times...starting at 4' off the floor and finishing at 8.5" off the floor. The cars also speed through two tunnels along the way...and before the cars make thier final drop...they blast through a Trestle Bridge to race to the finish!!!
