About

Duke City Dragway is currently in the works, but will be up and running shortly. We are currently waiting on more track. Duke City Dragway is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and is classified as a drag strip. On most race nights it will be a full 20 ft track, comparable to a quarter mile. We are currently in the trial stages so as of now we are running the track on an incline. We will be using the six lane speed way set from hot wheels. We plan to change up race nights with multiple distances and different launch heights, but will be running the 20 ft  incline track for championship series. The championship will be a points system, leading to the playoffs and eventually crowning a champion. Times will be recorded for future racers to hopefully beat. Mods will be available, which will lead to a class type of racing to keep it fair. I have been collecting hot wheels for over 35 years now and really had no clue what in the world I was going to do with all of them! So in the process of building the Dragway, I am also in the process of putting together my personal garage. I have well over 200 hot wheels sitting in their boxes just waiting to, as they say, "crack em and race em!" So that is exactly what we are doing! We are excited to launch our drag strip and hope to be included in the rotation here at some point.
