About this track
After several years of a temporary scale quarter mile set up based on the Super 6 Lane Raceway, I have finally built a permanent set up in the garage. Space constraints meant I had to reduce the length but the benefits of no longer having to set up and dismantle the track each time outweighed the loss of the overall length. 3DBotmaker start and finish gates are used, the run out is edged with aluminium angle to ensure the straightness of the lanes. The baseboards are 12mm thick MDF held on suitable wall brackets. Race action can be found on my YouTube channel http://www.youtube.com/c/MyHotWheelsCollection
