This tourney was a tough pick but the Big Block 500 was full of some crazy upsets. Lots of C and D races that were back and fourth.
Okay, these were the worst two tournaments I've had so far as a Fantasy player. I kinda expected I might suck on the 1184 Express, but I felt pretty good about my Big Block picks. I did not expect that 69 Pontiac to get out of the first bracket. I thought the 67 Firebird would take it easily. Huge upset! This same 69 Pontiac actually lost to the 74 Dodge Charger(1167 rating) in Season 1. Someone must of slipped some FTE wheels on it before race time.
Yeah, this was a pretty brutal week for picks. Tip of the cap to those who managed to earn good scores in either of these races!
These tournaments were like backwards, what I thought would be easy picks was hard and vice versa. But I gotta say the Big Block races were super duper close. The grades tell the truth about those races...all C's and D's shy of the Mustang, really. They were all neck-n-neck finishes.
