ONE MORE THING, I SHOULD SAY THAT I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH NIGHTSTALKER'S BUILDS.
BOTH THE CHEVELLE AND GTO WERE VERY FAST. THE GTO DID NOT GET A CHANCE TO PERFORM, BECAUSE IT KEPT HITTING TRACTION EVENT AND JDC ROAD BLOCKS TOO EARLY IN THE BRACKETS. I'M HOPING THAT GTO WILL GET A CHANCE TO SHOW ITS SPEED IN THE FINAL 24 BRACKET IN MICHIGAN.

Cars are here!!! Well packed. I'll be opening them tomorrow night to confirm all are intact and ready to rumble.
Mostly sunny and a high of 81 tomorrow here in Pinckney. At the track...my basement might be slightly cooler. But a great day for racing regardless. I have moved just about every portable lamp track side for the best lighting & video coverage.
All cars look to be in great shape and ready to race, thanks to a fantastic packing job from JDC.
I hope to have the video up tomorrow evening, depends on how well editing goes...and yardwork.
Time to see who lights the win light and who see's tail lights...Race on RLD...Race on!!!
OK race fans, grab your sodas and popcorn...this one is in the books. Some epic racing today. One pairing took 10 races to decide. As usual very close finishes, I tried some Slow motion finishes in the editing, but it got all blurry... Might be time to borrow Fishtails camera, but then I'll need a computer with a better video driver...what ever.

Congratulations Chris! My El Camino would have probably done better if I wouldn't have tried filing the burr off the ends of the axles like Econo Carl does, I need to keep practicing until I can actually do it correctly.
