Cops and Robbers..CRIME SPREE
So the RI chase will be happening tomorrow!
Here's my plan for the starting bracket: I'll pull random cars out of the box, and the first two Cops and the first two Robbers I happen to grab will race for the sixteenth spot (or the first spot--whatever). We'll either draw a bracket or just keep track of the races on paper (unless we have some spare 16-car brackets left around somewhere).
Good luck to you all!
All right, here are the results from the great RI Police Chase...isn't going to be abandoned and left for dead (or the Cops--which is worse?) is...
GETAWAY-2-FAST, who doesn't miss a beat and wins in a clean (as far as Robbers go) 2 races! Congrats once more to the Criminal King!
Now, as this is taking a while and it's getting late, I'll post the Cops tomorrow. There was an even 16 cars in each half of the event today (thanks to Delta's blister packs and my stupidity). Also, please don't think that I really have a good enough memory to remember as many cars as I did. I used the pictures from TE's venue a few pages back as a guide by opening another tab.
Congrats to all the Robbers, and good luck to the Cops!...even though they already raced.
Raw deal for Delta6........I suggest you retrace with Delta in the mix at your home track. I was out of radio contact all weekend till about 5 today... Called Smitty back as soon as I got the message......I shipped the cars like they arrived if not better in their original packaging ....
Thanks For The Race Coverage I CanT Wait To See The Results Tomorrow For The Five Ohs.
I have been gone the last 2 days on a round trip to Portland Oregon from Spokane. I did send cars that came in blisters out in blisters. Those in special wrappings left in the same special wrappings. I have prizes for race finishers up to 6th place. Anyone want to donate prizes for positions further along send them to me for dispersal. .............
I'm sorry, but no, I am not going to run all of the cars over again. However, if it's all right with all of you, I can give Delta6 one chance: I'll get out the small, four-lane track, and (using two lanes) run his "V" is for "Vector" against Smitty's Paroled and his Police Camaro against Rally Case's Sheriff, as those were the two picked to be at the top of the brackets, and therefore would've been racing for the privilege to be in the top-16 car bracket. Probably not against Delta6, but it's the best chance he has now--again, if it's okay with you guys. Let me know by this evening. If either of his cars makes it past those initial two, he can continue on up through the bracket for as far as he can.
If you make up your own rules when hosting a Redlinederby race, you might not be asked to host others. Just sayin'.
Tough one, I think the race oughta be run again. Or maybe omit this race, It don't count, move on. Not my call, just sayin' really don't wanna rock the boat.

I have to agree with Nightstalker. If you don't want to rerun the entire race then pack up the cars and send them along to Everlings and this segment will not count. It was just a mistake but Delta6 should not be punished.
I'm not trying to punish him; I feel bad for my mistake. That's why I was trying to give him another chance--one that might not stir up the other standings too much. But if you'd rather, yeah, I'll just send them along tomorrow. Very sorry about all this. I did dig quite hard through that box to try and find Delta6, if that counts for anything...
delta 6 did no wrong... I.M.O. delete heet #3...move on

I think you're missing my point, Traction Event...
However, Carl's right about the coin flip. That would make two-out-of-three fair, and not take the time that two-consistent-wins would.
