Cross Country Tournament
I'm doing a new tournament later this year date TBD.
In this race you can enter between 1 and 3 cars.
There will be 3 races on 3 tracks utilizing my new blu track.
Race 1 is called the Pikes Peak Blast, straight track up and over a single high hill and down to the finish line.
You can send in 1 car to run all 3 races, or 2 cars, 1 does 2 races and the other does 1 race or 3 cars, each car specializing in one race.
All the tracks will be tested for feasibility and fun. I don't want every car leaping into the air, better yet no cars leaping into the air.
Do not send any cars till asked to.....still have a lot of planning and rules to come up with. Feedback please..

Are you using "cars" loosely - so that trucks and off road vehicles will be allowed?
I think for the Pikes Peak blast I might build the classic Pikes Peak Celica and Pikes Peak Tacoma
This will be more like a hill climb rather than the curving track of Pikes Peak, which by the way I have been up....
I know, but the names of the cars make a good match with the name of the race
The "Gauntlet" is my idea of a Pikes Peak style reverse hillclimb type race. A single lane course with each entry getting 3 timed runs using the best of 3 as their official time. With runoffs as needed ,the overall fastest time will be "King of the Hill"
I wanted to pull this one off this past summer but never really had the chance. We Will do it this summer.

Yea Smitty, need to do this one outside, not enough room inside. I will probabally have my Buddy Dave. who also dabbles in the Fantasy League, help out. Gonna make it an event, maybe a little bit O grillin'.
That's Dave with the rag holdin' in his head and a young man who's name I don't remember who helped all day.
This was at a car show at a big Chevy dealer in our area. That 1st 3' drop, 6' runoff will be used with The "Gauntlet" also.
