NerveHammerFTE, thanks for taking the time to answer my questions. I appreciate everyone at RDR being so helpful to the new guy.

I didn't have a stash to dig back in to but was able to find what I hope to be suitable entries at Wally World. All I could find that fit the requirements were a couple of holiday specials which I didn't realize cost more until I got to the register. Oh well, I like the concept of this derby and like those style of cars so it will be worth it. Where I live in Alabama there is nothing like this going on except for offroad rc racing which is getting expensive so I find Hot Wheels modding and the mail in stuff very interesting.

Anyway, I plan on sending a 32 Sedan Delivery and a highly customized Bread Box.

Wow! I'm liking that 32 Santa Delivery. Haven't seen one of those yet.

Glad that you've decided to join us Nascarkeith.
Be sure to check out the rules in the first post of this thread.
If you have questions just ask.

Those are some awesome deliveries! I'm hosting the first leg of this tournament so I can't wait to see these guys in action! I'm glad we have another modder and racer aboard! Nice to have ya nascarkeith, and may I ask who your favorite NASCAR driver is? For me it's Jamie McMurrat 100%

Thanks guys! I like McMurray. Was glad to see Brad K win it this year. I'm an old time #3 fan so I like Jr. And the Dillon boys.

I gave the rules a look before I bought my cars so I think I'm good to go. I'm sure there are lots of tricks I don't know and I'll probably get smoked but I think it's going to be fun.

please go to page 1... this is a rivits drilled series....
no shelf queens here...allthough it is spiffy as is... the '05 FTE's wouldn't clash with the gold grill at all...
also i recon that we should have all roundy round fans race in lane #1.... they like to turn left

Cars are already apart. Channeling the Ford and putting different wheels on. I'm putting two Bread Boxes together to make one hopefully cool custom. May have to do some shaving it may be close on weight.

If anyone really wants any specific number (1-50) for their cars let me know!

just a thought but if you keep a team's #'s consecutive the other hosts will find it easier to know who's who...

I might be dropping out of this. I don't see myself having time to build two deliveries before the deadline. This is the busiest month of the year for me and it seems to be busier then ever so far. Plus with the Fantasy League racing and the Middleweights next weekend, I think im pretty booked. I could probably get one Delivery done as I have the wheels ready for it, I just have to rip it apart and throw them in but I haven't even thought about a second one yet...

I think I can get two cars together in time....not sure if they'll be fast....but someone needs to bring up the rear. Why not me? Count me in!
