DUELING DELIVERYS CHALLENGE SERIES
As a thank you for making the effort to modd and race a gasser and a chevelle with us, i included a '32 delivery in each of the [7] returned packages of gasser velle cup cars...
i did so because when one drills the rivits out of the delivery , the axles both fall out.... i thought it might make axle swap and reattatching the body easier with this casting...you need not anchor the axle [Gspeedr] the '32 deliveries are out there, i know of 31 diff. mattel paint jobs... can't wait to see your's !
2 Cars.. hmm... are Fantasy deliverys allowed like A-OK and the T-Totaller?
i don't hold the given Mattel name against them.... it's what they look like ! - a-ok and t totaller ...rock !
i am getting old... car cards that i make have a "o" at the top to punch a string hole through, [xmas], well i hung one in front of THIS ;
HAPPY as HECK to find it... i call it "HAULIN' HOODLUMS" , starter life as a sat.even.post '34 DODGE DELIVERY, ditched the fenders, hood top and windshield header, heated and bent the A pillars forward, Added a [trimmed] chunk of WAY 2 FAST's roof as a visor, making the rig a '33 Ford panel...
...and with a little trimming it's under 57 g's ;
That looks awesome Smitty
That is super awesome Smitty!
MUST ENTER TWO CARS BY DECEMBER 26.
I would suggest car get sent really early, you know because of Christmas. It a super busy time for mail.
"Dec. 19, 2011, the busiest shipping day for the U.S. Postal Service." That was last year, so if you send them even a week early your flirtin' with disaster
good stuff tld... and don't forget the 9 digit zipcode, it is the usps's baby, i think it gets their best service...
i sent out [2] race cars to mcjiggles for heet #1 of the "dueling deliveries series" this noon. plus 50 or so vynal #s...
I.M.O.;
each host should spring for the extra couple of bucks and use the USPS priority medium flat rate boxes,
i feel they are one of the postal service's pet projects...
i think they get a higher priority treatment from USPS.
and because they are FREE, we should use a new box for each heet, so there are no mix-ups with past to's and from's...
print ... shipped from ; and ship to ; address labels on your computer so the postman can read it.
also, if we all used the 9 digit zipcodes, that might save us a future "postal" hassle..
.ENOUGH !
Just a little BUMP to remind everyone
to get those cars built and sent in!
I know some of these questions might be obvious or answered elsewhere but I've read and still need clarification.
If I want to enter this all I have to do is build two cars and ship them?
Do the hosts ship them between tracks?
How are they returned? Do I include return postage in the original shipment?
I don't currently have any appropriate cars but if I can find a couple I think it would be fun to try my luck.

1. Yes
2. Yes
3. There is a mail in racers info sheet in the forums
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/viewform?formkey=dHYtUEM5MlJDQ2N5ZGtLTzRGWXptU2c6MQ
and you type in your address and they send it back to you after the race.
No big deal. I forgot about the fantasy part. I can find another. Thanks for the info.
