Invited some of the family over for some pizza and racing. Had a great time and it was good practice for me. I'm still trying to get better at running events smoothly. Anybody have any tips or advice that they've learned over the years to keep events running smooth, quick, and efficiently?

@CC - Can you take a picture of everything that comes with that DerbyTimer stick? Their web site is less than informative when telling you how it works and what comes with the kit. First time I heard of it and if it's what I think, looks like a good little kit for a good price.
