if the tracks are inverted 180 degrees you can race down and then race back... half the running for carl...

Worpex...my thoughts exactly...I think just reverse the order perhaps.

Right now there are 8 brackets, one with 8 cars and 7 with 7 cars so 7 bye runs.
While it would be cool to get an apples to apples comparison on the 50' vs the 25' track, I think it's only fair not to have the same cars get bye runs each time.

ditto on fairplay

if the tracks are inverted 180 degrees you can race down and then race back.

What if the tracks are placed end to end, they race down down the 50 footer, then up the 25 footer. Saves time and no one has to bend over and pick anything up!

. . . then up the 25 footer. . .

We could give it a try, but I don't think the cars will make it UP to the starting gate!

Well, the starting gate would actually be the finish line.

My mistake...I was kind of doped up on muscle relaxers last night when I was doing all of this.

No more of those things...they are awful!

I have made the correction and double checking my brackets to make sure no two teams are racing against each other too many times...think I have it worked out.

I think my oldest son Cooper is going to join us for the racing...he's a good go-fer....

I'm really liking the 180* track idea.

They can race down the 50' track and then race back on the 25'er. Good call Smitty.

My shop isn't big enough! It's only 60x60 and it's full of cars!

Some appropriate pre-race entertainment....
