Featherweight Challenge Series II (California)
I was amazed at the number of stock cars in these races...and at how fast some of them were!
Gotta' disagree Bryan. There are very few full customs and a lot of the cars that "look" stock. In looking over the cars I count 3 stock FTEs (11,75 & 87) and 5 stock non-FTEs (2, 9, 23, 50 & 89).
I see that nobody is "tuned-in" on the google docs bracket page which is good.
Got in late and the pizza just got here.
We'll get started right after supper!
Results posted after each run right here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AuoGI1kK4HKRdE1fa2NEUmFaYzJESjIyT2tGQk9rWWc#gid=0
First round for both classes is in the books. The only race to go 3 was 43 vs. 31, a super close race.
Round two is done. All races were over after two but they sure are getting tighter!
Third round report:
In the FTE class all went to three races, it went down to lane choice!
The non-FTE class was super close but no third race,
Championship round up next, right after a pause for the cause!
That was awesome watching the results post in real time. Thanks Carl!
The Demon pulls out the upset in 2, and Team Orange went two out of three with the Mitsubishi coming out on top. Team Yellow just wasn't at its best tonight.
Points will be updated in just a bit.
GREAT JOB carl, and a big thank you to martha..... live play by play was cool... being spanked first round with all four cars has me saying bring on the top sportsman series...
but to be honest, i'ld rather lose, than win and have to pose in that orange suit that 442 had on in the picture posted on this topic...
