Ok, I asked on the other thread as well. My cars do have the red stripe. Will these cars be used at the Silver Cafe race as well?

bottom line do I need to build another set of cars?

Technical question: What is the general ruling on the weight limits. As posted for this race the maximum is 57 grams. On my scale it only reads "57", I am presuming it is somewhere between 57.0 and 57.5 grams, but it only shows "57" on the screen - is that legal? Or does it have to be actually below 57 and above 30 in order to qualify?

Over on HWC the guy that runs the races there allows people to go a little bit over, because all scales are different. But I guess it's up to Stroller to decide.

Well my scale is the same way so if it says 57 here it's ok. 57.5 is no big deal. I do weigh them.

57.5 G's is the new 57.0 G's

Great!

Now can any of you die cast physics majors solve this riddle for me. I tuned my Focus up to the max weight (5 grams at a time, for a total of 30 extra grams) and now with or without any of the extra weight - it runs the same? Running FTE 1s. Did they break in and the weight doesnt matter anymore? Has the graphite gone away and need redoing? A little perplexed.

no rocket scientists at the Sloppies garage...and we don't race many stockers ...
with the few stockers and most of my altered cars, good axles and large wheels / long wheelbase are Kings...
[example ; see "RIP & ROLL race winner]... sorry Gspeedr...only stocker race I have ever won here...
