GASSERS, GASSERS AND MORE GASSERS
Well...shouldn't I be trying to TURN IT INTO a Gasser? But if it isn't a Bel-Aire, I'll try to find something else that is.

IF YOU USE A '55 BEL-AIR GASSER'S BASE THE CLEAR HOOD '53 WILL ALMOST FALL ONTO IT ;
YOU CAN KEEP THE '55 'S GRILL... VANDETTA'S FTEs ARE A PERFECT WIDTH FOR '55 GASSER'S BASE, AND ARE LARGER DIAMETER ;
Now the base doesn't start out as a Gasser, does it? Forgive me, I've never built a Gasser before. Those are some interesting Mods you've got there, by the way--they don't necessarily look anything like Bel-Aires, but they look like MEAN Gassers!

it is the bel-air's base that makes it a gasser... just use parts from the " '55 bel-air "!
