Would the Chevy nova wagon gasser be eligible considering it's just a variation of a nova wagon?

Just wanted a check on a car: The Chrysler Pacifica. As i understand a wagon, it's generally "4 doors, a significant cargo area, and a hatchback", of which the Pacifica checks all boxes. The "issue" is that Hotwheels only has an offroad version. Would that be allowed in the same way the Chevy Nova Gasser is (Modified production car, but stock Hotwheels car)?
Would it make a difference if i were to "undo" some of their modifications, and bring it back toward its stock appearance in real life?
Either way: I'll take #81, i'm in!
- It's a great question. I have one of those Hotwheels, so I understand what you mean about de-modifying it. Since the Pacifica is classified (in real life) as a minivan, I'm gonna say no. But please don't hesitate to ask again about anything else. -Mark H. — GravityThrottleRacing

Does that take the 8 Crate, Cruise Bruiser and Mini vans out of contention?
All opinions accepted and I do like a good argument so I'll say that the Jack Hammer is a contender....just for a fun discussion :)
