Bryan, what method are you using to keep those 50 foot lengths of track lined up so well?

It's a combination of door hinges and metal strap plates.
I have three 4" hinges connecting the top leg and first board, the two boards at the transition from slope to flat, and the last two boards. The rest are connected with 4" long metal strap plates, I'll take some photos. I have the plates gapped to allow for the two 1x6 uprights so they wedge between the boards...if that makes sense.

I made it do it is fairly easy to set up and take apart and transport if needed. Simple.
And I was amazed that I didn't need many velco attachement points to keep the track layed down.

Should also note that jobe's track is a roll of orange track. No segments makes it easier to keep in place too. Boy i wish i had some roll....

I plan on mailing mine in today. I'm wrapping them up now. Trying to see if the Cadillac V-16 will do better this time on a longer track. Also sending in a brand new 300C with bling wheels. My bling Cadillac is faster than the FTE Cadillac, so my thoughts are the bling 300C should be faster than the FTE 300C, but we'll see.

Just an FYI, I did get to mail in my cars on Friday. So, they should be getting to you by this coming Wednesday. I'll see if I can pm you the tracking info when I get home.

I'll be sending my cars to you on Monday. Two customs, one of which is the 442 w/ a little detail paint as the only difference: I'm sure you all would like another shot at knocking it off , and 2 carded cars as well. Hopefully Forrest will have his ready by Monday as well. He's going to try to make his Chrysler 300 even faster.

I think there's going to be a whole mess of 300s in this race! My two stocks are the 300FTE and the Lumina Stocker. I'm very interested to see how my little modded truck does. I loaded the bed with a lot of extra weight.

Considered the 300C FTE myself, but the performance of mine on Jason's track this weekend and with many othes being sent--it convinced me to go a different direction as some of the other "classic" FTE cars were easily beating that car there on both my track and Jason's---when he wasn't watching.

These are the stocks that we are sending on Monday. Didnt have time for a custom this time.
