KDay anyone?

may I ask what KDay is, new cars?? more cars??

My Wife and I went this morning.They had 4 double cases for the event. (16 36 car mini cases) We were able to open 3 of the 16 cases and have second looks on maybe 8 others. 

Found a boatload of recolored editions. Mostly the new yellow Datsun 620's and new blue Chevelle 396's and 4 reg t-hunt Jet Threat 4's. I didn't hear of anyone finding a single super T-Hunt from our store.

 We bought up a bunch of the recolors and headed to the flea market where I traded for  2 boatloads of future customs, some rubber tread H/W NASCAR's, ( rumor has it, there might be a race coming up???? Lol) and a vintage "Loco-motion" red white and blue loop track ( minus the car. Dang!) Picked up some nice cars for my Wife's personal collection too. 

All in all... Was  GREAT DAY!!!

@2seven - KDays are special collector days at K-Mart stores. They often have new cars then before other stores and you can get some limited variants and stuff. Do a search here for KMart and you'll find posts from past events.

Mark over at Race Grooves also did a video post about KMart Days that give a good overview to how things work. If you go early enough they have like drawings to open full boxes and stuff. The KMart days around my town are pretty weak but good for some early release cars.
