I'm sure most of you are aware of the "SHIPPING RACECARS" thread. I've been asked by PM (and more of you are probably wondering) if the $5 fee applies to this race. The short answer is NO, but there are more entrants for this race than we have ever had and returning racecars to that many people is costly! Please read quotes below from the shipping thread:
IMO it would be voluntary (and I'm sure Smitty would appreciate it!) in the Middleweight II Series since it wasn't into the rules on the opening page of the series.

Testing the F40 today. I'm crossing my fingers that she'll be fast enough to beat my fastest stockers, but in my experience , making a fast car even faster isn't a an easy chore - I usually end up making the car slower, and end up sending in another fast stocker.
