I heard from a friend there was a comedian many years ago, same name.
Yeah, he was not so much funny Ha Ha!, but more social commentary/Satire kinda guy.
whoa, car 43 out in the first round???? did I read that right?
all good now, thanks!
Not to take anything away from the other entrants, that Vista Cruiser sure looks good!

Sorry! My bad. I got the car numbers mixed up. The 43 is sitting in the round 2 box. I didn't catch it last night but would have noticed it later running the car. My apology.
Mcjiggles, if you adjusted the points to reflect that race would you please correct them? Thanks.

Well . . . it felt good for a little while anyway!

Thanks Carl, wish it would perform as good as it looks!
Well, the pics I took of the Round 2 matchups didn't come out, for whatever reason I don't know and then I was having problems downloading them. Sorry but I'm not a techno wizard. Anyway, the racing went like this.
When I say a car won by a nose, I'm referring to the area from the front bumper to the wheel. I just don't know what else to call it.

Here is the revised bracket.

Tomorrow nights racing matchups:
Left side
#43 vs #10
#1 vs #40
#66 vs #15
#20 vs #45
Right side
#23 vs #46
#99 vs #2
#25 vs #41
#44 vs #9
Tomorrow night the racing will start considerably earlier and I should be able to finish it all. I'm going to try taking pics of these matchups but we'll see how the camera is behaving.
Thanks for the update, sweet play by play.
Woah! My #99 is finally showing some signs of life! Go go go!

I heard from a friend there was a comedian many years ago, same name. One of these days I'll google him. He was supposedly well know and very funny. No relation though.
