2. Funny Car Race. When sending in the car, does the top have to be a opening top, or can it be   glued solid?

I'm in on the Funny Cars for 2, and the Pro Stocks also. I would like to try for 1 GUD, as I'm a total building noob. No Gassers. One dragster. Looking forward to the new challenges as a bulder...

League of Speed, are the entrants lists current at the moment?

Hey League, help me out with the GUD. 

With the wheels, are they fat and skinny just compared to each other or is there an actual spec width wheel we are using? 

Is the Diaper Dragger legal as is? Not saying I would run it stock or not, just asking to get an idea.

As a noob, I have a quesion about the GUD cars. Can you use bases (or parts of) from existing cars or does it have to be totally scratch built?

And what is the dimensions for a "fats" wheel width wise?

Is it ok to send 1 GUD and 1 HW Dragster, or do you have to have 2?

 HW Dragsters came with 2 different Rear Wheels...Builds must have the larger wheels.You may

Wheel swap or use the orginals...wheels must be the same size and diameter as the Stock wheels(front and rear) on the HW Dragster...NO AXEL TUBES...solid uncut axels

So, the question is,...Can I use the Stock Wheels even if they are the lil bit Smaller Wheel size then the Larger one? I dont want to make it difficult but the original wheels seem to be pretty good?

Hi Sir,

 I just now saw this drag Racing invitational.   I see you can enter 2 cars per event.  Also Funny Cars must be stock, opening body and dry lube is allowed.    Are there any more openings for Funny Cars at this time?

Ive got so many parts from so many different cars sprawled out all over my workspace that Im not 100% sure if they will all go back together the same in an attempt to make this happen!

Ive got my 2 Funny's ready to go.  Nothing fast but the best I have.  Not a huge fan of these BUT Luke loves em so we had a handful to do a "Tournament" with and weed out the quickers ones.

Im waiting on Joaquin to return from LOS' in order to give it a quick tune-up and turnaround and have a wicked fun little project to go along with it.  MAN I hope its quick because its likely the most fun build Ive ever worked on.  Gassers will likely be my main focus.

I have two Dragsters apart and in the middle of getting a once over to attempt and get them into fighting shape.

I also have two Pro Stocks apart but honestly havnt really touched them outside of that.  I hope I can toss something together for this class even if they arent overly competative.

Ground up...I have some ideas and a couple chassis tossed in a pile but thats as far as Ive gone with those.  I will be working on this class last and will bow out if I run out of time.

Heres to hoping I can at least compete in each category but its looking tight!

I have my 2 Funny cars and 2 Pro Stocks ready to go. My 2 HW Dragsters will be done in a few hours. My first mods are getting sent in to race! So freekin' cool. I want to Thank League of Speed, Red pill Racing and Diecast 64(E) for their instructional vids. I expect to finish last in every event I enter this time, but I'm racing! And I've learned quite a bit from modifying the 4 cars for this race. It's my first step towards being a competitive diecast racer. Thanks again and Good Luck to all!
