Question about building with Adventure Force Track
New Member here. I ran across this site here while doing some research on building a track.
I was thinking about creating a downhill raceway with two curves, and two straights.
downhill straight > curve > straight > curve > finish line
I currently have the hotwheels 6 lane with tons of orange track pieces. I was wondering if this Adventure force track would be able to connect with what i already have? If possible would i only be able to do 2 lane? maybe 3? Looking forward to all of the input.
Also which Adventure force sets would i need to complete a setup like this? I have been looking at the circuit 8 set.

Ended up getting two of the circuit 8 sets on Saturday night. Now the planning for a layout begins!
- You will greatly enjoy it. Also look at coroplast (corrugated plastic) for straights. You should be able to use it fairly easily with the CR sets. As for track layout, there’s a whole bunch to look at in the ‘Tracks’ section of the site - I recommend watching the Krazy Kampground track for some amazing racing. — SpyDude
I ended up getting 2 sets, but now I'm at 4. I honestly could use a 5th mainly for the straights. Some Jumbo popsicle sticks can be used to connect each straight with some tape (I use gaffers tape) for extra securing or you can buy 3D printed connectors that can be drilled down and make a easy transition.
It depends where you want your lanes and where you want your open tracks. If you're going kind of "standard issue" and the first straight is laned that feed into the open, then generally speaking, yes, the orange track will connect to the Crash Racers. But Crash Racers is only 2-lanes wide - you can see here how they connect. Might need some jiggering but it should work fine.
Going from open back into lanes is something I don't think anyone has figured out yet. It'll be difficult but also I'm not sure anyone has really had the need for that transition to happen.
As for number of sets...the Figure 8 CR set will get you two 180 curves and 4 straights. If you only have one straight after the first curve, then you could probably get away with just one set; maybe 3 straights between curves. That leaves you with one straight after the second curve into the finish. Dunno...I might sugget getting 2 sets and then you'll have some left over for fun.
