It is rare these days to find a group of people that treat their colleagues with the respect and friendliness that is shown here a RLD.
I like the way new members are welcomed into the group.
I have felt welcomed from the very first day I said, "I'm new here."
I'm proud to be an American and I am proud to be a member of this League.

Hearing that type of feedback means a lot to me personally. Having watched this site grow over the past 6 years has been amazing and inspiring (and I can't believe it's been 6 years). I know I'm not "down in the trenches" as much these days, so I need to give praise to everyone that helped RLD grow early on, those that stayed and newer members that have jumped right in. Smitty, JDC, Jobe, C10, Iowa, Worpex, Carl, GspeedR, SeattleGreyy, TLD...I'm leaving out a ton of people so excuse the short list...but it's a long list, trust me.
Without all that support and effort, RLD would have remained nothing but my own little pet project and would most have certainly withered up by now. It's cliche but people make the difference and this site is a textbook example of that truth. Everything here feels very genuine - because it is - and that's very rare these days, online or otherwise. My name might be on the deed to this place but it stays in business only because you guys allow it, and for that I'm very thankful.
