This was my #14 '70 Camara and this pass was a 2.39 pass. This car isn't competing...I just wanted to show you the track...I spliced in the loop using Smitty's adapters....pretty cool.
Now, I'll get you some first round #'s...
Edit : hmmm, this video is showing up as private...I'll need to figure out how to change that.
Okay, the first round of the loop race is in the books and here are the top cars and their times...

The top 'Shoot the Loop' cars are coming to the top. It's interesting because it isn't just being fast, it is also being stable. It seems like the good loop cars are light, with big wheels...Cool stuff.
One more round to go...
I have to crunch the numbers for the final results, but it is pretty clear which car is is the winner...
Congrats Rally Case! The Heavy Chevy came out on top in Shoot the Loop!

Traction Event's Mustang, FatMike's Cuda and C10's '68 Camaro all made consistent passes and are pretty close. The results (pending getting Delta 6's cars next week) will be posted later.

Sorry for not yet putting up the final results for the first round. I was hoping to run Delta 6's cars tonight...but they weren't here yet.
The fastest average time so far is by Rally Case's Heavy Chevy. The way the points will work will be...
Winner gets 40 points, 2nd gets 39, etc.
And that is the way the points will work for every event....so, the races will be raced off all the way down, not just the winner.
So, when I get Delta's cars, they will Shoot the Loop!
Don't know what the deal is. Shipped priority mail. 2 day guaranteed and the tracking info stated last Friday for delivery. Tracking info for some reason still hasn't been updated. Should've used UPS.
