Wal Mart Clearance

I went to my local Wal Mart today and they had the "Hot Ones", "Boulevard" , "Mystery Cars" and the Johnny Lightnings all on clearance and about a buck off the normal prices.

So maybe this is going on at your local Wal-Mart.

I think this is just a store thing. My local K-Mart has had them on clearance for like 3 months now because their stock is so old and no one wants what they have. Same with those crazy color changer cars.

Yup, I picked up 2 Hot Ones('Backwoods Bomb' and '`85 Honda CR-X') for $2/ea @ Wally last night.

I just read on HWC that several Wal Marts are doing this. Someone said that Wal MArt is resetting the toy isle, and most all collector adult die cast is out and being replaced with more kids oriented toy stuff.
