What do you want to race?
Hey all,
I was sitting here, brain storming on what race I want to do after the AMV Challenge and the VW Lemans. So, I figured I'd ask you all.
What do you want to build? What do you want to see racing? Imports? American? Any? A free for all full custom run what you brung?
Shoot some ideas at me, and let me see what you all want!

I would go with a NASCAR or F1 event as you have a fast track. Just keep your max weights somewhere in the realm of reality based on the car bodies.
Or you could try something I've not seen so far - mixed class racing. I enjoy me some Goodwood racing in the UK where touring cars mix it up with Cortinas and minis. It might go something like this - 2 touring cars and two smaller cars mix it up in a race but they are in separate classes. Touring car group and Compact group. So lets say the two touring cars finish 1st and 2nd that's cool and they get 1st and 2nd points in the touring class. Then say a Cortina comes in 3rd and a Mini comes in 4th - but in the Compact class the 3rd place finish would be a first place etc. After 4 races the top touring car and the top mini progress.

Pickup trucks are always nice...

Since Mattel has released a number of different raceable tractor/trailers in the Track Star Haulers and Track Fleet series', why not include them in a future racing series? No single body trucks (eg: Skania Rally Truck) only separate tractor trucks with a detatchabe trailers. Modifieds would be encouraged, wheels can be swapped, weight can be added BUT the cargo areas in every trailer (box, tanker, flatbed, ect) must be completely empty.

These are the only Track Fleets I have. If we do this, it would be two racing at a time and No single car track fleets. I have some rules already ironed out from the drag races I want to do.
thoughts?
I'd love to see a black walls (BW) - with or without the red line - tourney. Any casting but with black wall wheels.
Rodger Dodger and/or Dixie Challenger tourney.
