BWF Camaro Friendly Controversy
I can't help but notice that EconoCarl is up against FOTF this week in R.N.L... I think this dispute will get settled this weekend my friends!
Did he send in a BWF Camaro?
This is a "BWF Camaro Friendly Controversy", not a dispute between FOTF and I.
It's between FOTF and everybody without a BWF Camaro.
and builders vs. bragger...
Sorry, NH--I guess nobody told you that people who are willing to race their fast cars are essentially talking about racing more than those who aren't...
Carl, why don't STOCK JOHNNY LIGHTNING????. Maybe if I'd entered two of them, instead of one and some crumby modified HW, I'd be ahead of you.
And yeah, I think there'd be a few people courageous enough to come to my challenge...unless you bought them all off after I put it up. But here's the deal: Or rather, two options for the deal: 1, I'll buy a nice, fast JL for the winner...but if I'm that winner, I'll need a HW mainline out of all of you; or 2, I'll buy anyone who can beat me a HW mainline...but all those I beat have to cough me up a JL. Double-elimination. 61-gram weight limit on Mods, no weight limit on stocks. No lubes/graphite allowed on stocks either.
WorpeX, I'm pretty excited to race HalfFast this weekend--especially now that his graphite's worn off. Maybe Sinisterdog's BWF or the Orange Thing will race his Chrysler...but any match-ups are fine with me.
Smitty, I have every right to brag; my car's fast. There's nothing more to it. Only thing is, I'll have even more of a right to brag when this challenge is through.

I think you're well aware that their is a BWF Camaro in the match. R.N.L has been going on for long enough.
And this time, it's gonna kick Carl's front bumper (I'd say back bumper, but it probably won't see much of that)!

yes you do... this is america...
unfortunatly that is all you have... take away your BWFC and your spiderman and what do you have ?
oh, i'm sorry , maybe the shopping channel will give out trophies for the best bwfc buyer...
build something, even if you only change axles or paint...
win or loose, you will always have a car you can be proud to have built yourself...

Still a pretty fast team w/o those guys... the Orange Willies isn't anything to scoff at here. Neither is King Kenny, White Lightning Silverado and the Monopoly Escalade.
I don't see anything wrong with racing stockers. I've built cars and raced them, i've also sent and used only stockers. I usually end up being more proud of my stockers cause the modded cars are never any good. The only mail-in events i've ever done well in are thanks to stockers!

Exactly, exactly, exactly! I've got TONS of fast stockers that could knock out mods any day! And, have never done all that well with mods. And I don't buy trophies. I win them. And trust me, I'm not the only one at those clubs with stocks faster than your mods.
How do you know, however, that I've never painted cars? You don't. Because I should know that I've modified wheels/axles/weights before. Like Top Sportsman II Mustang with FTE2's (one of my favorite few that I've modded). Or the Dueling Deliveries (even though they sucked).

Woah, hold on there. I never said that Stockers were faster then mods! Quite the contrary actually. A well-built modded car should you can bet that they are just as fast - if not faster - then a stock car.
True. You should see the things they make at RIHWC. Scary heavy=scary fast.
My statement restated: I have tons of stocks that can easily compete with mods modded within their weight range. Unless somebody managed to find the most ultimate possible modding tools--along with 100% perfect skill.

I like how you included that tid bit. Truth is though, the Fastback is close enough in the weight range. May have been my scale which was off that day. Also, depending on how far above sea level you are, it can be lighter or heaver. Could have a been a piece of dirt on the scale too! Too many factors to say, if I weighed the car again tonight, it might even be within the range. 0.09g is WELL within the tolerance. I'm not sure you understand how miniscule a tenth of a gram is.
