We found this in FB marketplace a lot of cars we bought. The axles were trashed, but we wanted the car for a competition for racing in. The axel length is hard to find. Then we figured out a new 3 step polish process. Check out the after and before on the axel. Happy racing
Basecoat finished for my Fallout Frenzy entry. Happy with the bodywork for the mashup, just need to add the details. Oh, and some speed would be nice too haha
Well, it's a five car pile up on the workbench. Next up for everybody final glue up final lubrication and we can't forget decals. "We are 5 by 5" a classic line from the second Aliens movie meaning everything is going well ... I say that as all 5 cars are rolling great
Public safety announcement - probably over a year ago I posted an idea of using orange track trimming pieces to put your cars on while working on them. This would keep them off of any gunk or junk that might be on the work surface. Well last night I had several cars on the bench and whoops a mysterious lubricant got spilled. Could have been a small disaster but was only a small wipe up.
I have a few that I am experimenting with paint wise. The wagons will end up with some graphics on them and the vette will end up with a two tone paint job. Currently, it is a silver metallic and the second color will go over that. The picture makes it look kind of like bare metal.

I had high hopes for Mustang Sally but The Joker is consistently a little faster. So the Joker is heading to Marco Polo's funny car event
