Pickup Pavement Pounders
First off congrats again to Jim, aka JDC442! Really bummed, my truck was a total dud. I know lots of testing would help, but my question for those who build & test lots of cars for each race is, what do you do with all the cars you tested but didn't make the cut? Do you chuck em all or keep them?
The race was ONE day before the original scheduled date. In my neck of the woods the mailman doesn't deliver on Sundays.So exactly what are you trying to say?
Well you know, Carl, my all-important point was that I was too dumb to realize that it was Saturday that he'd posted that instead of Friday. Sorry about that.
And Stroller--again, I apologize for not getting my trucks in sooner, and I'm very sorry for this misunderstanding on my part. I'm not exactly sure why I had thought it was Friday that the race had taken place. Anyway, thanks for hosting this event, and I'm glad that most of your entrants had working GPS's to make it work out so well. I hope I can make it in if you ever have another such series.

Why does the video go bad from the time I make it till it shows up here??.............
Posting videos on line ...... Whatever hosting service you are using compresses the file size, for space saving on their end....even if you filmed in HD it would get somewhat pixelized.....by the web host. The raw video is most likely crystal clear, but has a Huge file size. Just the way it is....I believe.
